Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my own catering?
No sorry we do not permit any outside catering and we do not have a kitchen space for use in Breaktime. Our food is prepared on site and we offer a variety of menu selections. If you need to modify for food allergies or preference please talk to your event coordinator.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes you may, however we do charge a $1 per person cake cutting fee. To eliminate that charge we just ask that you bring your own plates, forks, napkins (just for cake- we provide the rest) and a knife to cut with (as we are only allowed to give a plastic butter knife).
Can I decorate?
Decorating is always encouraged, we are a beautiful rustic venue but always want people to put their own spin on things. However with decorating we do not allow confetti, or any holes to be put in our walls. If hanging a banner we ask that you bring tape to hang it. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event. We are unable to store any items.
How early can I get in to decorate?
You are given one hour before to decorate and a half hour after your event to clean up any decorations that you have brought. *more time may be available depending on other bookings*
What is the cost of shoe rental?
There is no cost to shoe rental as you get to bowl in whatever shoes you come in with!
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is half of the room rental fee and non-refundable if you cancel your event. However we will work closely with you to reschedule your event so that you can enjoy the wonder of our hidden gem.
How quickly should I get in my deposit?
Our events are booked on a first come first serve basis, so we suggest deposits be put in as soon as possible in order to not lose your ideal date and time.
Can food be taken home?
Per Health Department recommendations leftovers from food service may not be taken home. Any leftovers desserts you may have brought in are ok to take but, to-go boxes are not available.

We had our baby shower here yesterday. People from 6 yrs old to 60 had a great time. The old time duckpin bowling was a lot of fun. We had many compliments on the food, and were surprised when our fruit platter was presented in a watermelon shaped like a baby carriage. I would highly recommend this venue!

Went for a baby shower. Excellent food and the classic bowling alleys were awesome, did not host the event, but would definitely go again.
A fantastic event space for a party! We hosted a surprise 40th party with adults and toddlers in attendance and the space was perfect for everyone! The team at Breaktime Bowl was so easy to work with leading up to the party making pulling off a surprise party easy! Day of the party, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They created a really great atmosphere for the party. Our family and friends were so happy to find this wonderful gem. The food was delicious! Highly recommend it for your next party!
